Tomsetts Distribution Ltd: brand awareness and content
Tomsetts provide solutions for clients’ shipping UK and across the world
Increased brand awareness
Tomsetts Distribution Ltd, a family business founded over 40 years ago, is a major distribution company in the south of England.
We worked with the company to improve their brand awareness and support their team following a brand refresh and the launch of their new website; We are continuing to explore further ideas to raise awareness locally and nationally for both recruitment of LGV drivers and to increase clients and loads.
A good reputation reaps awards
The company works diligently to offer a quality service in a marketplace which is very competitive and early in 2018, we suggested entering local business awards. Since May 2018 the company have been successful in winning Company of the Year in both the Seahaven Business Awards and the Lewes & District Business Awards.
These achievements have provided free publicity, increased credibility, excellent PR, employee motivation and made job opportunities more attractive to local people.
Content creation
We created new content for printed materials and online promotions, using the fresh branding across social media and print and reinforcing the brand values of their personal service. Tomsetts Distribution Ltd offer a highly-efficient service which very flexible in the solutions it offers.
Analytics, data and design
As we move forward with the marketing we have undertaken research and compiled data on important aspects of search for the industry and have mapped out some content modules for social media campaigns. In addition, we have video shorts introducing staff members and their roles in the company which are proving popular on social media.
Design for print
We purposefully designed a brochure and folder for Tomsetts aligned to the brand values. A well-designed brochure tells a story, inspires interest and signposts your customers to your range of services and products.
Supporting local careers
Recruitment is ongoing for an industry which is short of key skills in driving. We are now promoting a career pathway for young drivers and looking at schools’ career fairs to publicise the company benefits and earnings potential that can come with learning to drive an LGV C+E vehicle.
